From primary season all the way to the election, the opportunities for humor abounded. Collected here are my impressions of the Trump election, one of the more absurd developments of my life.
It was all rather depressing.
Election night was so upsetting we could barely sleep that night. In the days leading up to the election, it seemed like Hillary would win. As the evening progressed, however, it was clear Trump would win. I thought that Trump was a fraud in every way and I did not foresee that many Republicans either didn't see what I saw, or didn't care.
